When will my order ship?

Orders take 2–5 business days to produce, then ship according to the timelines in our Shipping Policy. Please allow at least 14 business days to receive your order.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Production starts quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed.

Why did my items ship separately?

Different items may be produced at different facilities, so they may ship in multiple packages.

How do I choose the right size?

Each of our items includes a size chart at the bottom of the page. Use this chart to find your perfect fit.

Fit Tips

• For the best fit, grab your favorite T-shirt, lay it flat, measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, and compare that measurement with our size chart.
• Fabric may shrink slightly after washing

How do I wash my apparel?

• Machine wash cold
• Turn garment inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the print

Why care instructions matter

Our garments last significantly longer when washed properly. Incorrect washing can cause fading, cracking, or shrinking.

What if my package is lost?

We will replace or refund lost packages. Submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it

Check with neighbors or your local post office. We cannot refund packages marked as delivered, but discounted replacements may be offered.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it at no cost.

My item looks different than expected

Color variations can occur due to screen differences and print methods.
